like i have said before, this can only be made possible if you already have your mtn security number before your sim got misplaced or phone stolen. call their customer care or go to any of their office to get yours how to retrieve your mtn sim within 5 minute with your mobile phone ==> download the mtn self care app to your java phone or android phone.read my previous post on how to get it mtn mobile self care app. if you are using android phone, you can download it from Google play store mtn self care android app ==> after downloading, use your mtn security number to login. mtn security number is 16 digit characters.12 digit is your customer id while the last 4 digit is your security key. mtn will send you the 12 customer id which start with 000012345667 and 4 digit security key. to successfully login to mtn self care app with your security number, you will have to remove the 4 zeros from the customer id and use the remaining 8 digit as customer id.if the customer id has 5 zeros, then you will remove the 5 zeros and use the remaining 7 as your security number.this is because if you don't do it this way, you will get an error when trying to login.i got an error when trying to login but after series of error and trier, i was successfully logged in when i did it this way. ==> when you are successfully logged in, you will see a welcome with "mr your name". just scroll to SIM SWAP and click it.there you will see two option, one is to submit sim swap request, the other option is to track your sim swap progress, just proceed with the first option that says submit request for SIM SWAP and begin the process by filling your details which includes your new welcome back pack serial number and your old/lost sim. date of birth, customer id and security key just fill every thing they asked of you and proceed to the end.when you are through, please take note of TRANSACTION ID NUMBER immediately you click the finish button.just write down the transaction number on a shit of paper, then go back to SIM SWAP, you will see where you will input the TRANSACTION ID NUMBER, just input and click ok, if you see a message like SUCCESS, then your sim swap has been completed, you can go ahead and use the new sim immediately. i know you would be wondering how to do this since your sim is not available, all you need to do is to use any of your friends or family members phone to download the mtn self care app.you can also use the mtn web self service website to get this done as an alternative if you can't find any one with java phone or android smart phone.that's all.ENJOY

BBM will be released for android phones
on the 21 september 2013 .although, a
leaked version of BBM has been on the
internet for some time now but one can
not be able to chat or ping using the
android leaked version of BBM since
blackberry team research in motion has
not enebled their server for android
version.so for now one have to wait for
the release of BBM for android version
which would be available on google play
store soon.although, it may interest you
to know that BBM will only be compatible
for android phones and devices running
4.0 and above.
in other for any android phone running
2.3 or lower version to use BBM, then you
will have to upgrade the android version
to either stock update or ROM update
which involve rooting.any android phone
running 4.0 and above can be able to use
BBM for android be it samsung galaxy,
sony experia, htc, tecno android, gionee
etc.so don't allow any one to deceive you
even if you are using china android
